Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions incorporate and must be read together with the details outlined in the promotional page (landing page or website). If you are reading you accept these Terms. You understand that Manipal Global Education Services Private Limited and or its successors or legal representatives (“Company” or “MaGE” or “Manipal MedAce”) may collect and process your personal information at the time or registration to the MedAce Subscription registration. You also agree that you agree to subscribe to avail the Subscription Plan of MedAce Testprep products and voluntarily participate in the MedAce Young Doctors Rewardz (“MYDrmRz”), and the privacy policy of the Company https://www.manipalmedace.com/privacy-policy/, which is subject to change from time to time at Company’s discretion. Upon entering the MYDrmRz Program you consent to the Company or Manipal MedAce retaining your personal information on its database, by “opting-in” you consent to keeping your personal information and contacting you by electronic messaging.

The objective of introducing prize awards it to generate healthy competition among talented students and inspire them to show brilliant performance in examination and recognize their accomplishments publicly and further encourage them to achieve excellence of higher order at various stages of their medicine career.

A. MYDrmRz Registration

1. Students (“You’, “Your”) can register for the Manipal Medace Young Doctors Rewardz either on the website https://www.manipalmedace.com/inicet-rapid-revision/ or submit through a duly registered enquiry widget on any social media handle of Manipal MedAce or on the aforesaid website or MedAce Testprep App on Google Android Playstore or the Apple iOS store.
2. You can register for the Manipal MedAce Young Doctors Rewardz and subscribe to one of Manipal Medical Testprep subscription plans and making necessary payment of Subscription Plan after downloading the MedAce App from either of the aforesaid Android and iOS play stores.
3. Your subscription to a specific Testprep subscription plan for more than 3 months subscription plan will allow you with a User credentials (with unique mobile number and corresponding OTP) for accessing the specific MedAce Testprep plan on MedAce App.. “MYDrmDz Eligible Period” means the period from date of publication of these Terms and valid till Mach 31, 2025.

B. Your mobile number, e-mail ID will be used, Company is authorised to send any communication or information through SMS, WhatsApp, call and/or e-mail n such mobile number and e-Mail ID provided to the Company by you at the time of filing the registration widget / form. The Company shall not be responsible if you do not receive any such information regarding the Subscription or other important communication due to incorrect or invalid mobile number or e-mail ID provided at the time of registration.

C. MYDrmDz Rewards Program shall be applicable for three (3) / six (6) / twelve (12) months MedAce Testprep Subscription plans only.

D. Revocation of Cash Rewards

1. You agree to provide roll number / application number / Admit card and  Rank card and Personal ID proof and address proof (as per Government approved ID’s) and/or any other relevant details or produce documentation to the satisfaction of Manpal MedAce, at the time of Cash Reward claim. These details will be verified with the official final PG Medical Entrance Test results published by the respective Entrance Test examination authority.  Failure to provide original copy of the aforesaid documents at the time of claim of Merit Cash Prize / Rewards under the MYDrmDz Rewards Program , or any false information / statements or mismatch in Rank or any other information provided, upon verification, will disqualify the Eligible Candidate from the Rewards Program including future participation in such Prizes/Rewards, and we retain the right to forfeit the Merit Cash prize / Rewards at our discretion. Failure by Manipal MedAce to enforce any of its rights provided herein at any stage does not waive those rights.
2. Prizes / Rewards cannot be transferred or exchanged nor redeemed for cash (except where cash is specified).
3. You must not engage in any conduct that may diminish the good name or reputation of the Manipal MedAce or any of its related entities or the companies associated with this Rewardz Program, or breach of any law; or behave or acts or omission or commission in any way that is otherwise inappropriate.

E. Cash Rewards

1. A total upto [1,500] Eligible Candidates as applicable in separate categories will be granted Cash Rewards as per the All India Ranks secured at the PG Medical Entrance Test (Institution of National Importance Combined Entrance Test (INICET), NEET PG, INICET 2025) as more particularly set out hereunder in these Terms.
2. Cash Rewards can be claimed by an Eligible Candidate in only one category of the MedAce Subscription Programs and not for more than one. “Eligible Candidate” for these Terms means a candidate who has enrolled to a Subscription plan of more than 3 / 6 / 12 months duration for the MedAce Test Prep Product on the MedAce app.
3. For eligible for Cash Rewards for the rank holders for the PG Medical Entrance Test, are those Eligible Candidates who have enrolled to the MedAce Subscription Plan on or before 31 March, 2025.  Once the Eligible Candidate has successfully enrolled to eligible MedAce Subscription Programs the enrolment is non-cancellable and the subscription fee paid is non-refundable, notwithstanding anything contained in the General Terms and Conditions of the Manipal MedAce website.
4. Eligible Candidates who are enrolled to 3 / 6 /12 months MedAce subscription plan will be Rewarded Cash Reward within 30 days after verification of relevant documents for claim of the Merit Cash Prizes/ Rewards , the entire eligible Cash  Prize / Rewards will paid for the enrolment Academic Year 2025-26, to the Post Graduate admission to any medical institution of repute in India (recognized in India, to be disbursed at one payment (all Merit Cash Prizes / Rewards are subject to tax deducted as per applicable Income Tax Act, 1961 and rules thereunder). MaGES is not responsible for any tax implications arising from any person or Eligible Candidate winning a Cash Prize / Reward. You should seek independent financial and tax advice, if for GST purposes this promotion results in any supply being made for non-monetary consideration.

   All Merit Cash Prize / Rewards will be payable by MaGES by way of cheque, bank draft  or normal making channels – RTGS / NEFT as per the dates mentioned hereinabove.

F. General Conditions:

1. The Merit Prize / Reward are for Eligible Candidates who gets All India Rank as mentioned above in the Common Merit rank list only.
2. In case of any dispute or difference arises between you and the Company/ MaGES, regarding the interpretation of these Terms, non-payment of any claim or any dispute arising out of or in pursuant to the Terms and conditions, the same shall be referred to sole arbitrator who shall be appointed at discretion of the Company / MaGES.
3. You also agree and consent to the Manipal MedAce for use All-India rank holders the names of prize / Award winners, age, city name, your photographs, videos of Yours for publicity, photography in all kinds of media and other promotional activities as the Manipal MedAce requires, without any compensation. In addition, the Company also reserves the right to record audio-clip or video-audio testimonials, website of the Manipal MedAce or MedAce App or social medial handles of MedAce or promotional website or landing pages of Manipal MedAce, for the purpose of referencing or promotion, as required by the Company, on our website, MedAce App as well as marketing and promotional materials and all kinds of media formats exclusively.
4. You will act as brand ambassador of Manipal MedAce in the institution of our study, post-securing a rank in PG Medical Entrance Test. You shall be the brand ambassador solely of Manipal MedAce and will be promoting Manipal MedAce only. You and your parents / guardian cannot promote or give credit to any other coaching institute (by providing testimonials or in any other form).

G. The Manipal MedAce management will be the administrative authority to recognize, modify, amend, revoke any of these guidelines and make such changes to the terms and conditions of Merit Cash prize / awards. The decision of the Manipal MedAce shall be
